Celebrity Big Brother host AJ Odudu treated fans to a rare glimpse of backstage life during the first eviction night, which she described as chaotic. The glamorous presenter, 37, who co-hosts the show alongside Will Best, panned the camera around the studio of the Late and Live show, where fans saw the hectic life of backstage.
Holding the phone up to her face, Celebrity Big Brother fans saw one guest dancing energetically in the background, while the studio audience cheered him on.
The camera then showed former X Factor star and radio presenter Fleur East chatting to a fellow guest in a short and fitted black dress.
AJ then treated fans to a rare shot of her sister who she publicly exposed for being on her phone.
Speaking to the camera, the stunning presenter who was dressed in a tailored black suit over a crisp white shirt, told fans in the video, which was posted to her Instgram story: “Thanks for the light, love that for me. There is a performance going on, stunning, chaos. The crowd are loving it. I’m having a little touch up.”
She added: “My sister’s in the crowd living her best life, there’s my sister on her phone.” And it was at this point the star, who has followed in the footsteps of Davina McCall and Emma Willis, shouted over to her saying: “Oi, get off your phone.”
On hearing her, her sister jumped up, placed her phone on the seat and waved to the camera, leaving AJ chuckling. On Friday, despite having only been in the house for four days, Conservative MP Michael Fabricant was voted by the public to leave the iconic house.
The day before his eviction, Michael was up for the chop alongside Coronation Street star Jack P. Shepherd, who plays David Platt in the ITV soap.
But on last night’s pre-recorded show ahead of the live eviction, Michael certainly didn’t hold back as he made a few disparaging comments towards his housemates, Trisha Goddard and JoJo, which left fans fuming.
On his exit, he was met with a mixed reaction from the crowd but was soon greeted by Will and AJ. Despite an overwhelming amount of votes leading to his exit, it seems some were disappointed to see him leave.
Taking to X, one person wrote: “Michael should still be in the house, Jack is booooring.” A second said: “Im sad for Michael. He was lovely and had a lot more to give. #cbb #cbbuk”. But it was the reasons behind the nominations that caused a major stir among fans as they felt their points were not valid.
One fans commented: “This Celebrity Big Brother is lame in terms of nominations. Big brother should tell some housemates their reasons for nominating are not good enough reasons & they should give proper reasons – for example when Donna nominated Jack because of his aftershave! #CBBUK.”
Another added: “What a stupid reason to nominate Jack, Donna gave. He wears too much aftershave! #CBBUK.”
