Where PSG vs Aston Villa in Champions League quarter-final is on TV tonight

Must read

Aston Villa are in France today for their UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash against Paris Saint-Germain. It marks the first time Villa have progressed to this stage of the competition since the 1982/83 season, with both sides looking to secure their place in the final four.

Unai Emery’s side have impressed both domestically and in Europe this season, securing their place in the last eight with a 6-1 aggregate win over Club Brugge in the last 16. Marcus Rashford appears to have found his form since joining on loan from Manchester United, netting three times in his last three games.

PSG endured a less straightforward last 16 tie and were forced into a penalty shootout against Liverpool in the second leg, which they won 4-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw across the two legs. PSG go into tonight’s clash at the Parc des Princes having won Ligue 1 for a thirteenth time with six games to spare.

But they will face one of their own tonight, since winger Marco Asensio joined the Villans on loan in the January transfer window. PSG boss Luis Enrique has made it clear he has no problem coming up against his own player.

Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “It doesn’t bother me at all, I’m delighted Marco can play. He hasn’t had any game time here, so he had the option of going to Birmingham. It’s good that he’s playing. He is a very high-class player.”

A victory after the two legs will set up a semi-final against Arsenal or Real Madrid, with the Gunners currently enjoying a 3-0 cushion after Tuesday’s heroics. But until then, here’s when PSG vs Aston Villa is scheduled to kick off and how to watch it in the UK.
