Moreover, a focus on providing swift and comprehensive support to fraud victims through a new Fraud Victims Charter is a key component of the strategy.

Enhanced protection measures will also be implemented, leveraging data to identify fraud hotspots and offer targeted advice and assistance to vulnerable individuals. By ramping up prevention measures alongside stringent enforcement and expedited justice procedures, the UK aims to establish itself as a formidable deterrent to fraudsters.
