Jay, a 19-year-old resident of Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, went missing on June 17, 2024. After an extensive search effort, his body was discovered in a secluded area near the village of Masca on July 15.

The new Channel 4 film features conclusive CCTV footage of Jay, complemented by messages he sent. The footage shows Jay at Papagayo Nightclub at 11:55 pm, departing at 01:04 am, and being denied re-entry at 1:12 am. Subsequently, Jay can be observed exchanging messages with friends, indicating his intentions for the night.
