The Range has announced a 50% discount on Christmas wrapping paper and gift bags, making it an attractive option for last-minute shoppers or those looking to stock up for next year.
Online prices revealed by The Mirror show gift bags starting at 20p, Christmas tags at 39p, and the cheapest wrapping paper at 49p for a 4m roll. The discounts are available on The Range website, but customers can also check local stores for sale items to save on delivery costs.
The Range will close all its stores on Christmas Day and Boxing Day to give staff a break, reopening on December 27. Shoppers can still enjoy Boxing Day sales online during this period, with The Range boasting 280 stores across the UK.
In a social media post, The Range explained the closure for both Christmas Day and Boxing Day to allow their teams to enjoy the festive season. Other retailers like Aldi, Lidl, M&S, and Home Bargains will also keep their stores closed on December 26.
KFC, on the other hand, will have almost 90 restaurants open on Christmas Day for drive-thru, delivery, and some dine-in options. Customers are advised to check opening times online as they may vary by location.
