Dr. Raj Arora, an NHS General Practitioner and medical instructor, shared advice on how to break the habit of doomscrolling. Known for her TV appearances on ITV’s This Morning, she also imparts knowledge via her Instagram handle @dr_rajarora.

In a recent social media post, Dr. Raj emphasized the detrimental effects of constant exposure to distressing news online. She underlined the importance of implementing strategies to safeguard mental well-being, especially on World Mental Health Day.
