Environment Canada has canceled a yellow warning for severe weather following a storm that swept through parts of southern Alberta. The agency had cautioned about damaging wind gusts, large hail, and heavy rain as the storm progressed from Claresholm towards areas near Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. The initial warning, issued earlier on Tuesday, highlighted the potential for a dangerous thunderstorm capable of generating baseball-sized hail and causing damage to buildings and trees.
