It’s been 12 months since Cat Deeley officially took on her This Morning presenting role, replacing Holly Willoughby as our source of daily style inspiration. Her eye for fashion – having appeared as a guest judge on ITV show Dress The Nation – means her on-screen outfits rarely miss the mark, regularly selling out after being spotted on the 48-year-old fashionista.
Usually styled by Rachael Hughes, who also dresses Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson when they appear on the show, Cat’s TV wardrobe balances more expensive brands like LK Bennett and Me + Em with more affordable, high street retailers like M&S, Mango and Boden. She’s also been known to re-wear some pieces from her personal collection, including her much-loved Balmain vintage boots.
The mum-of-two often sticks to classic shapes and neutral colours, giving her a timeless and classy appearance. She often incorporates trends into her outfits, such as suede and butter yellow, which have recently been making an appearance on the high street.

We’ve taken a look at some of Cat’s best This Morning outfits that are still available to shop. You can find her top 2024 looks here. Alternatively, we’ve also picked out some of our favourite fits seen on Josie Gibson, Rochelle Humes and Frankie Bridge.
Ever since the M&S One Shoulder Slim Fit Textured Knitted Top appeared on the retailer’s TV advert, it’s been in and out of stock. So when Cat Deeley wore it for This Morning, demand for the stylish under £30 top only grew.
Said to be ‘a stylish choice for day or night’, it’s designed in a flattering slim fit, with a single long sleeve and a one-shoulder neckline for a modern look. Cat paired the top with a pair of gold sandals and these High Rise Wide Leg Jeans from Boden. The Boden jeans are designed with ‘just the right amount of stretch’ that makes them comfortable to wear, while the high rise waist and wide leg give them a relaxed but smart feel.
They come in petite, regular and long so shoppers of all heights can find a great fit without having to get them tailored, though for a more fitted look, Boden recommends sizing down. Coming in at £98, they’ve amassed a 4.5-star rating based on more than 100 reviews. But if you wanted something a little cheaper, M&S have these ecru wide-leg jeans for £35, which would achieve a similar look.
April saw Cat nail the balletcore aesthetic in a £99 French Connection number, which quickly sold out at retailers like M&S, but is still available to buy direct. The frock has a figure-hugging bodice and flared pleated skirt which leans into the popular trend of 2025, with the likes of ballet flats making an unlikely resurgence, too. Tagged as ‘elegant’ by the brand, it boasts a chic drop-waist dress, a sleeveless top, plus, handy side pockets.
If you’re looking to steal Cat’s style and either your size is sold out, or you’re looking for something at a lower price point, M&S features an uncanny alternative within its own brand collection. The Round Neck Pleated Midaxi Waisted Dress clocks in at £45 – that’s £54 less than the French Connection frock.
Described as a ‘versatile choice for smart-casual occasions’, it’s available in sizes six through 24, and also comes in three lengths – short, regular and long – so shoppers can find their perfect fit. With a ‘flattering’ drop waist and a neat round neckline almost identical to the French Connection dress. The sleeveless design features a concealed button fastening at the back and is finished with delicate pleats, making it an affordable way to emulate Cat’s style.
Cat Deeley is a master of blending current fashion trends with her own personal style, like this denim midi dress, which she paired with a red neckerchief and knee boots. Not only is denim, as always, bang on trend for summer, but the accessories lean into that western vibe we’ve seen lingering since Beyonce’s Renaissance.
Styled by Rachael Hughes, Cat wore this dropped-waist denim midi dress from high-street brand Cos – a retailer renowned for its elevated basics. Priced at £135, the piece is made from organic cotton and boasts a noughties silhouette for that Y2K aesthetic that has dominated social media for months.
The sleeveless design is perfect for the warmer weather, with a V-neck that sits high on the collarbone. Curved seams sculpt the dropped waistline for a flattering look, with a zip closure that makes it much easier to get on and off.
Coming in sizes 32-44, which works out at 4-16 in UK sizes, it’s also stocked at H&M, however the only downside is that I’ve not seen any shoppers review the dress, which is something I always like to consider when buying a wardrobe investment piece like this.
In March, Cat won us over with this pair of Me + Em Regular-Length Convertible Pants, which appear to be the ultimate wardrobe investment. The trousers come in a range of colours, including merlot, burnt orange, olive and camel, with Cat having opted for the latter for her spring look. They boast a mid-rise, tailored fit for a timeless, classy look, with a straight leg design that converts into a wide leg with a nifty hidden feature.
A concealed zip at the side seam transforms these trousers to allow two totally different silhouettes. So while they may be a bit more of a wardrobe investment at £225, you do get two looks out of them, with endless styling opportunities when it comes to pairing them with blouses, tops and knits.
To accommodate different heights, the trousers are also available in a shorter length. Cat was styled by Rachael Hughes, pairing the trousers with a simple but classic white crewneck T-shirt from & Other Stories (£19). Finishing off the look, Cat opted for a pair of open-toe heels, striking the perfect balance of ‘smart casual’.
March saw Cat looking ready for the brighter season in a sleeveless blouse and cream midi skirt, which promises plenty of spring styling opportunities. This Phase Eight Susie Faux Leather Pleated Skirt in cream is ideal for dressing up or down, and can seamlessly transition between day and night wear for any occasion.
This faux leather number is fitted around the waist for a figure-hugging silhouette and has a flattering and versatile midi length. It opens into an airier, unfitted skirt with structured and stylish pleats throughout, making it ideal for wearing in any weather, with or without tights. Shoppers can currently pick up this gem from Phase Eight for £119.
One thing we love about Cat Deeley is that she’s not afraid to make something her own, which is precisely what she did with this Collared Belted Midi Cargo Shirt Dress from high-street brand Monsoon, which is available to buy on the M&S website. Only, Cat has had the dress snipped into a mini number, styling it with tights, a brown chunky belt and a pair of matching knee-high boots.
From its sharp collar to the tie-up waist and midi-length hem, the Monsoon dress has a flattering, smart silhouette and utility-inspired details. It’s offered in a regular fit, with an open V-neck, cuffed three-quarter sleeves, as well as side splits in the skirt. Another reason to adore the Monsoon dress is the self-tie waist belt that flatters the tummy by creating the illusion of an hourglass shape. It’s the perfect piece to dress up or down.
An effortless ensemble, Cat’s cargo shirt dress is ideal for the office and beyond. You can shop the exact khaki-green number for £90 on marksandspencer.com, while Moonsoon has 50% off the price, making it £45. To finish off the look, why not add these Black Leather Forever Comfort Knee High Skinny Heeled Boots from Next for £99? Or, Boohoo has this more affordable pair reduced to £33.60, down from £45.
We can all agree that navy looks great on Cat, and this asymmetric jumper is no exception. Cat’s Knitted Asymmetrical Jumper is from Mango, and is still available in all sizes from a XS to an XL for £49.99. Although Cat opted to wear it with the neck pulled up in a classic turtleneck style, the Mango website also shows the jumper being worn off the shoulder, which proves it’s a great versatile pick.
Having pieces that can be styled and worn in multiple ways is a great way to save on space in your wardrobe whilst also giving you different outfit options. Cat’s navy jumper is made from a wool blend material, which means it’ll keep you warm without being itchy, with a lightweight fine knit that’s easy to tuck in or layer. She styled it with a black patent mini skirt and slouchy suede boots – the perfect winter work outfit.
If you’re looking for a similar design in other colourways, River Island’s Grey Off The Shoulder Jumper, £35, also features an asymmetrical neckline that can be worn off the shoulder or higher on your neck, and comes in both grey and beige.
