The Apprentice hopeful Dean Franklin has made it all the way to the 2025 semi-finals – impressing Lord Sugar with his smooth negotiating skills. However, Dean also has another side to him as he showcases his tight-knit family on Instagram.
The dad of two, who owns an air conditioning company, is married to wife Chloe, and the two share adorable children, Bonnie and Ted. The self-proclaimed family man often shares pictures of his wife and children on Instagram, as they show their upmost support during his journey on the BBC show.
Speaking about his family’s support during The Apprentice, Dean told Romford Recorder: “It’s been great to watch back with my wife and kids because obviously I’ve been away from home for so long – although they’ve heard all my stories, it’s the first time they’ve seen what we’re actually doing.
“I’ve loved it, the kids have loved it – they’re talking about it with their mates at school – it has all been really good.”
Dean also told the publication before the show aired that he wanted to put himself in uncomfortable positions to show his two children what he can really do. “One hundred percent I think I’ve done that,” he said. “I’ve never done the things that I did on the show before.”
During his time on the show, Dean has travelled to Austria and Turkey in hopes to impress Lord Sugar to become his next apprentice. Next up, he’ll be facing the toughest challenge yet – the interviews. The toughest candidates are known to crumble under the pressure of being interrogated by the likes of Claude Littner and Linda Plant. No matter what happens, Dean will have his supportive wife Chloe by his side.
The couple tied the knot in August 2021, and have been together since their teenage years. Last year, Chloe shared an array of wedding snaps on Instagram to celebrate their third anniversary. “3 years today. Happy Anniversary Hubby,” she wrote. “I love you more than ever.” Chloe then shared pictures from the couple’s big day as she stunned in a long sleeve white gown.
Their children, Bonnie and Ted were also at the ceremony with Bonnie wearing a white dress like her mother. Ted was dressed to the nines in a smart black suit, matching his father’s.
Chloe and Dean have continued to express their love for one another online. Dean celebrated his birthday in February, with his wife showing her gratitude with a carousel of couple pictures. “My everything. Happy birthday hunny. I love you x forever,” she penned.
As well as photos with their children, Chloe posted pictures of the two throughout the years including snaps from when they were teenagers.
“Omg girl iconic in every era, love to see it,” read one comment, while another said: “How cute are the piccies of the two of you from when you were younger. So sweet.”
