Television host Rob Rinder has cleared the air with his co-presenter and close friend Rylan Clark after a playful comment was made during a recent joint interview.

During a discussion about their new show, ‘Rob and Rylan’s Passage To India,’ Rob, 47, and Rylan, 36, were asked if there was anything they had always wanted to know about each other.

When speaking with the Radio Times’ YouTube channel, Rylan jokingly stated: “We ask everything. I know everything about that man, every measurement, every orifice.”

Reacting to the remark, Rob quickly clarified, “He means that in a figurative way, not literally. He has never explored that.” Rylan added, “No, not personally. I’ve seen them though.”

Rylan’s playful comment comes amid rumors suggesting a romantic relationship between the two, which both have denied, emphasizing their strong friendship, as reported by the Manchester Evening News.

Earlier this year, Rylan reflected on the evolution of their bond since working together on ‘Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour,’ stating, “We started as acquaintances on Grand Tour and ended up as friends. In ‘A Passage to India,’ we began as best friends and remained as such.”

Addressing speculation about his relationship status, Rylan publicly introduced his partner Kennedy Bates at the BBC Radio 2 In The Park event in Chelmsford.

A witness shared details of the couple’s affectionate display at the event, highlighting their evident love and acceptance by Rylan’s family.

Rylan recently revealed on his BBC Radio 2 show that he is no longer single, expressing some discomfort sharing personal news on air.

In his podcast ‘How To Be In Love,’ Rylan explores various aspects of romance with guests, including renowned documentary maker Louis Theroux.

The second episode of ‘Rob and Rylan’s Passage To India’ is set to air on BBC Two at 9pm tonight (Sunday, September 21).
