An Ontario couple, Alannah MacLean and Kyle Heddle, along with their dog Diesel, chose a nomadic lifestyle, living in a customized van as they explore North America. Their journey led them to Labrador, where they anticipated a brief stop before heading to Newfoundland but ended up staying for almost a month due to the welcoming locals and captivating landscapes.

The couple, who started their adventure during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, found connection and love through shared outdoor activities. They now document their travels on their YouTube channel, Way of the Roads, showcasing breathtaking views using a drone. Their recent videos highlight their exploration of Newfoundland and Labrador, including encounters with icebergs and wildlife along the Trans-Labrador Highway.

Through 138 videos, MacLean and Heddle have gained a following of 23,000 subscribers on YouTube. Their experiences reflect an unconventional but fulfilling way of life that they are enjoying immensely.
