A fugitive who broke out of Milner Ridge Correctional Centre on Wednesday evening has been apprehended, according to law enforcement authorities. The RCMP received a report that Justin Paul had fled from the state penitentiary situated in the rural community of Lac du Bonnet, northeast of Winnipeg, at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, as stated in a press release issued by the police on Thursday morning. Paul was taken into custody close to the intersection of Highway 11 and Minnewawa Street W. in Lac du Bonnet at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday, according to an official update from the authorities.
