Four individuals have been taken into custody following an assault at a popular amusement park in the UK. North Yorkshire Police disclosed that the incident occurred shortly after 1 am near the on-site store at the Flamingo Land Resort, situated in Kirby Misperton. The victim, a male in his thirties, was promptly transported to a medical facility for treatment, with his injuries deemed non-life-threatening.
Among those apprehended is a 22-year-old male hailing from Stockton-on-Tees, suspected to be linked to the stabbing. Additionally, a 22-year-old female, a 54-year-old female, and a 51-year-old male, all residents of the Teesside region, have also been taken into custody on suspicion of aiding an offender.
The detainees are currently being held for interrogation, while authorities urge any individuals with pertinent information to come forward to aid in the ongoing investigation.
According to a North Yorkshire Police representative, “A 22-year-old male from Stockton-on-Tees has been detained in connection with an assault incident at the Flamingo Land Resort in Kirby Misperton, near Pickering. The occurrence took place in close proximity to the on-site store just after 1:00 am today.”
The spokesperson further stated, “A 22-year-old female, a 54-year-old female, and a 51-year-old male, all from the Teesside area, have been apprehended on suspicion of assisting an offender. They are currently in custody for questioning.”
