To be eligible for assistance, individuals must struggle to pay their energy bills or fall into the category of vulnerable customers, including the elderly, households with young children, and those with specific health issues.
In addition to electric blankets, eligible individuals may receive grants to clear energy debt, flexible payment arrangements, or payment deferments. Applications can be submitted online through the Octopus website.
