A Bournemouth woman has successfully lost almost seven stone and reduced her clothing size from 20 to 10 without resorting to weight-loss injections. Becki Bradburn, a mother of two, decided to make a change in her life when she realized she was at risk of becoming pre-diabetic due to her increasing weight.

After struggling with weight gain over the years, Becki acknowledged her unhealthy relationship with food, which led to constant thoughts about eating. She described her journey as a lifelong battle with fluctuating weight due to her obsession with food, resulting in challenges with her appearance and self-esteem.
