Apple Fitness+ has introduced new enhancements to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, which debuted in 2020, has unveiled a range of fresh features, additional content, and special guest workout sessions.

A highlight of the latest update is the introduction of multi-week programs aimed at boosting motivation. These programs, including new Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes, are designed to progressively enhance fitness levels over time, catering to users looking to improve at a manageable pace.

One notable addition is the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, offering combined 20-minute workout sessions of these two popular exercise styles on Fitness+. Additionally, the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan encourages users to incorporate Yoga regularly into their routines.

For those kickstarting their fitness journey, the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program offers a comprehensive option. This four-week plan includes three workouts per week – one each of Strength, HIIT, and Yoga – lasting only 10 minutes each. The structured progression aims to aid users in their return to fitness.

Apart from the program upgrades, Fitness+ will feature new episodes of Time to Walk, showcasing celebrities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will also return with playlists dedicated to renowned artists, with upcoming workouts featuring music from KAROL G.

Furthermore, users can look forward to guest workouts led by lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett, as well as dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. The content is accessible on various devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with added functionalities achievable through the Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.

Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 annually, offering a range of features to support users in achieving their fitness objectives.
