Andrew Tate is gearing up for his debut in Misfits Boxing, where he will face off against the promotion’s heavyweight champion, Chase DeMoor, later this year. Tate, aged 38, brings experience from a successful kickboxing career but was forced into retirement due to eye injuries that impacted his final fights.

The influencer, known for his controversial nature, had hinted at transitioning to boxing in recent months. While there were talks of potential matchups with Darren Till and Roy Jones Jr, Tate will now take on the reigning heavyweight champion, DeMoor, who defended his title against Natan Marcon in August.

Although Till missed out on a bout with Tate, the former UFC title challenger is expected to feature on the undercard with an opponent yet to be announced. The event, titled Misfits Mania, is set to showcase Tate’s professional boxing debut against DeMoor on December 20 at the Coca Cola Arena in Dubai.

Details regarding the fight timings are pending confirmation, but the main card is likely to begin around 6pm UK time. Tate is anticipated to make his ring entrance at approximately 9pm UK time. The broadcast plans for the event have not been disclosed, but it will not be aired on DAZN like previous Misfits shows. Fans can expect the fight to be on pay-per-view.

The full fight card, including the match between Andrew Tate and Chase DeMoor, along with Darren Till’s opponent, will be revealed closer to the event date. Andrew Tate expressed his eagerness for the fight, highlighting his aspirations to bring a new era to sports entertainment.
