Roksana Lecka, a child abuser, maintained a deceptive facade while caring for babies at Riverside Nursery in south-west London. Despite projecting an image of a caring individual on social media, Lecka’s true nature was exposed when she was caught on CCTV inflicting severe abuse on the infants.
During her time at the upscale nursery, where parents paid nearly £2,000 a month for personalized care, Lecka’s cruel actions came to light. She was found guilty of committing acts of cruelty against 21 babies, including kicking, pinching, and punching them in disturbing videos captured at the nursery.
Despite her efforts to conceal her misconduct, concerned parents and staff noticed injuries on the babies, leading to Lecka’s suspension and subsequent arrest. The court sentenced her to eight years in prison for her heinous crimes, with emotional statements from the affected families highlighting the vulnerability of the innocent victims.
Lecka attempted to defend her actions by blaming her cannabis use and addiction to vaping, claiming memory impairment.
