Maya Jama has seen a significant financial boost in the last year, raking in nearly £3 million from her successful television and business ventures. The 31-year-old host of the popular show Love Island has been reaping the rewards of her TV appearances, including her role as the face of the latest series of the ITV2 dating program. In addition to her TV work, she has secured various profitable advertising contracts with major brands such as McDonald’s, Rimmel London, and Dolce and Gabbana.

Recent financial reports from her company MIJ & Co Entertainment Ltd, filed with Companies House, reveal a substantial bottom line of £2.6 million for the 12-month period ending in January of this year. This represents an increase of £800,000 from the previous year, with cash reserves of £2 million and investments exceeding £830,000.

Despite her impressive earnings, Maya declared a modest value of £10,000 for herself within the company’s ‘goodwill’ section. Apart from her television success, Maya is also a savvy entrepreneur involved in various ventures. She co-owns the Swedish plant-based milk company Sproud, runs the MIJ Masks eye mask business, and holds a significant partnership with Gordon’s Gin.

Regarded as one of the most sought-after female TV presenters, Maya has climbed the ranks in the industry over the past decade, becoming a prominent figure on British television. Alongside her TV career, she has ventured into radio hosting and other media-related roles, solidifying her status as a versatile media personality.
