Jake Paul has declared his intent to humiliate Anthony Joshua in their upcoming heavyweight clash next month. The news of this anticipated showdown emerged last week as the two fighters were finalizing arrangements to face off in December. The boxing community was taken aback by the confirmation of the bout just days before Christmas, to be contested over eight rounds with 10oz gloves.

Paul, who was set to fight Gervonta Davis until the event was canceled due to allegations against Davis, is eager to return to the ring. On the other hand, Joshua, who has not fought since a defeat to Daniel Dubois in 2024, sees this fight as preparation for his comeback in February and a potential summer showdown with Tyson Fury.

Despite criticism from some in the boxing world, Paul remains confident in his ability to defeat the two-time heavyweight champion. He has made bold statements asserting his victory over Joshua during the fight. While various opinions have been shared about the match, Paul is determined to silence his skeptics through his performance in the ring.

The highly anticipated fight between Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul is scheduled to take place in Miami on December 19, just ahead of Christmas. The event is expected to be broadcast live on Netflix. Fight times may vary based on the undercard schedule, but the main event is anticipated to start around 11 pm local time, corresponding to 4 am in the UK.
