An online personality has criticized online harassers after experiencing a police intervention at a UK hospital while he was with his newborn twin daughters. Sam Walker recounted the incident where armed police officers arrived at Arrowe Park Hospital in Wirral on Sunday, August 17, and took him into custody. Merseyside Police verified the arrest of a 42-year-old man, previously from Liverpool, on suspicion of possessing a firearm, a claim later confirmed by Walker on TikTok. He attributed the situation to false reports made by online harassers.

Known for his online presence, Walker has amassed a significant following. Originally from Liverpool, he has resided in Spain and shared about his travels to various countries like Sierra Leone, Turkey, and Thailand. Despite discussing encounters with criminals, Walker has faced accusations of embellishing his stories.

In an interview with the Liverpool Echo, Walker described how his joyous moment turned into fear upon the police’s sudden arrival. He detailed how online harassers phoned the hospital to falsely report firearms, leading to armed officers storming in while he held his two-day-old daughters. Walker emphasized the distressing experience of having guns pointed at him with his infants in his arms.

Following his detention and subsequent release after four hours, the authorities concluded that no further action was warranted after an investigation. Walker expressed confidence that the charges against him would be dropped, highlighting the lack of evidence supporting the allegations. He commended the police for their professionalism and care towards his family during the ordeal.

Demanding accountability for the hoax call, Walker urged for consequences against those responsible for the distressing situation. He condemned the act of spreading lies and creating panic by falsely claiming the presence of firearms at a hospital. Merseyside Police informed that no additional actions would be taken after thoroughly reviewing the incident and updating the arrested individual about the outcome.
