Chris Eubank Jr recently mentioned that the upcoming fight with Conor Benn is still pending final agreement. The rematch is scheduled to take place on November 15 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, following Eubank Jr’s narrow victory over Benn in their first encounter.

Initially set for September 20, the rematch faced uncertainty when Eubank Jr expressed concerns about his readiness for the fight. However, after negotiations between the two camps, a deal was eventually reached. Eubank Jr revealed that there are still some details in the contract that need to be ironed out.

The rules for the rematch will mirror the first fight, with both fighters set to compete at 160lbs, along with a 10lb rehydration clause on the day of the match. Eubank Jr caused a stir in the boxing world earlier this year when he faced a hefty fine for missing weight.

Despite the rematch confirmation, there seems to be a disagreement over the rehydration clause. Eubank Jr’s promoter, Ben Shalom, expressed dissatisfaction with the clause, stating that it was presented as an ultimatum, putting Eubank Jr in a challenging position.

The highly anticipated 12-round middleweight rematch is slated for November 15 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with exact timings yet to be finalized. The event is expected to kick off with the undercard around 5pm UK time, leading up to the main event ringwalks at approximately 9:50pm UK time. Broadcast details will be announced closer to the event date.
