A dog owner was surprised to find something unusual in their pet’s mouth. In a video posted on TikTok, a woman asked her Weimaraner to drop what he was holding. To her shock, she saw tiny feet and a tail peeking out of the dog’s mouth. Despite her attempts to get him to release it, the dog, named Andy, refused to let go.

Even when offered a treat in exchange, Andy wouldn’t give up the object. Eventually, the woman took Andy outside and uncovered a nest of baby rabbits. It became clear that Andy had a small rabbit in his mouth. She managed to safely remove the rabbit, which was unharmed but slobbery, and returned it to the nest where its mother and siblings were hiding.

Afterward, the woman secured the area around the nest to protect the rabbits from other animals. Commenters on the video initially mistook the object for a spider but later found the situation heartwarming. It is advised to consult a vet if your dog captures an animal to ensure there are no health risks and to monitor their behavior for any signs of illness.
