Michelle Ackerley, a BBC star, will be taking a medical leave after being rushed to the hospital following her appearance on “Morning Live.” The 41-year-old, who is expecting a baby girl, returned to the show earlier this month but has been absent since September 8. She disclosed that she was hospitalized for four days due to labyrinthitis, an inner ear infection causing balance issues. Despite her health setback, Michelle assured her fans about her pregnancy status and shared a photo flaunting her baby bump on Instagram.

While expressing gratitude for the care received at a Manchester hospital, Michelle mentioned that she is currently recuperating at home and will not be appearing on the show until the new year. She had announced her pregnancy in May on “Morning Live” after facing fertility challenges due to endometriosis. Michelle opened up about her infertility struggles on social media, aiming to raise awareness and connect with other women going through similar experiences.

Looking forward to her return to “Morning Live” with her new baby, Michelle acknowledged the emotional journey she has been on, emphasizing the importance of sharing such experiences within a supportive community.
